Meat house – Ādaži is a meat processing company with 100% local capital and two strong brands in Latvia — the meat products brand “Meat house – Ādaži ” and the vegan product brand “V-EGO”. The company’s origins date back to 2009 in a small production facility in Ādaži, but today it operates a modern and new factory in Lielvārde. The company is growing by investing in both modernization and expansion of production facilities, as well as introducing new and innovative products to its range.

Meat house – Ādaži is a leading meat processing company in Latvia. Currently, the company employs around 160 people.

At present, we produce more than 150 different products:

Delicious boiled sausages made from fresh, chilled, carefully selected pork with natural spices.

Excellent sausages and frankfurters that do not require cooking, but if you wish to enjoy them warm, they can be boiled, fried, or heated in a microwave. These sausages and frankfurters are juicy with a pleasant, mild flavor.

Unbeatable delicious semi-dried sausages are a perfect addition to both festive and everyday tables.

The popular grilled sausages will surprise everyone with their spicy and mild flavor ranges. They are filled with high-quality casings, so with proper cooking, the casing does not crack. The product is ready to eat. For gourmets, our team recommends grilling them for 2–5 minutes.

Various seasoned speķis (pork fat) can satisfy hunger and please the taste and desires of every gourmet.

Our team doesn’t stop at what has been achieved but continuously works on developing new products. Our offerings evolve, improve, and grow alongside demand. Company Development

Meat house – Ādaži actively participates in various training projects and seminars. One of these is a training project for specialists in the metal processing industry.

SIA “Meat house – Ādaži” is involved in the project “Training of Specialists in the Metal Processing Industry” (project No. L-APA-10-0027), implemented by the Association of Machine Building and Metalworking Industry and the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA), co-financed by the European Social Fund. Employees of Meat House – Adazi also participated in the seminar “Personnel and Management of Innovative Product Manufacturing.”
